Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a committed and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist school in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support with behaviour and emotional regulation. Your role will be key in helping students develop positive coping strategies, build resilience, and engage more effectively with their education.
The school provides tailored education for pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Staff are passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive.
