Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Monarch Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Oldham (OL9) who are seeking a dedicated TA to join their team from January 2026, continuing for the remainder of the academic year.

About the Role

  • Support pupils across all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
  • Provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions to boost learning outcomes.
  • Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience supporting across primary key stages.
  • Proven ability to lead small groups and provide individualised support.
  • Experience working with children with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
