Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Monarch Education are seeking a dedicated and adaptable TA to join a vibrant primary school in Oldham. This is a full-time role starting in January 2026, offering the chance to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support within EYFS, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for early learners.
  • Work closely with children with SEND, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Be flexible to cover across the school when required, supporting teachers and pupils in different year groups.
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion throughout the school.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in EYFS and supporting children with SEND.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
