£600-£700 weekly pay

Final year Primary PGCE Early Career Teachers wanted in the Oldham area. Monarch Education are currently working in close partnership with a number of Primary schools, academies and Multi Academy Trusts across Oldham, who are looking for final year Primary trained Early Career Teachers to work in their schools for the final term on a part time/full time basis. ECT’s about to finish their teacher training are urged to apply, and day to day work is also available for anyone who wishes to work between placements and university. This is a great opportunity to support your search for your first teaching role, building up experience and contacts in schools to support your long term plans.

Monarch Education are here to support ECT’s with finding a full time teaching position from September 2024, or part time if that is your preference. Our Schools are already speaking to us about their September requirements, with some roles being suitable for ECTs.

Our internal Affinity Academy have dedicated a lot of time and resource in to putting together a bespoke CPD package for ECTs to help build confidence and knowledge in the early stages of your career. We also support networking with other ECTs.

We can, if wanted, provide day to day, short term and long term cover work for those not yet looking for a contract but want to build on their experience in different schools.

Experience and Requirements:

• Able to travel to Oldham and surrounding schools
• Experience with EYFS/KS1/KS2 teaching placements
• Available for work in schools on a part time/full time basis/ad-hoc
