Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Dudley

Hours: Part time

Salary/daily rate: £11.20

Monarch Education are a recruitment agency supporting schools with their long term and permanent staffing appointments. We are currently supporting a number of schools in the Dudley area.

Lunchtime Supervisor’s play a vital role in looking after the pupils during break times.

The successful candidate will be as part of a team to supervise and look after the wellbeing of pupils during lunchtimes. The ideal candidate will have a calm and authoritative manner to manage pupils during this period.

Lunchtime Supervisor’s main responsibilities.

  • Cleaning up spillages
  • Ensuring dining hall is cleaned up after use
  • Organising and assisting in games and activities.
  • Informing the correct person of any incident/accidents that have taken place during lunch time.
  • Managing the welfare of pupils to maintain a safe environment.
  • Monitoring other sections of the school to make sure children are not unsupervised.
  • Assisting younger pupils with any help needed i.e. making sure they have the correct cutlery and cutting up food.
