Monarch Education are currently working with a mainstream Secondary School within the Greater Manchester area, who are seeking a full time qualified Maths Teacher with QTS

Personal Profile:

• An exceptional practitioner with strong subject knowledge and experience of raising achievement across the age and ability range.
• Highly motivated by a belief that the life chances of all young people can be improved.
• Is a well-qualified, industrious, and talented team player who believes in lifelong learning and can help pupils develop the skills and attitudes they will need in their future lives.
• Possesses the talent, interpersonal skills, and range of pedagogical approaches necessary to contribute to the overall success of the staff and team.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Contribute to aspects of Subject Schemes of Work, at KS3 KS4 or KS5.
• Maintain high levels of behaviour and discipline.
• Be responsible for the management of your classroom and to provide a stimulating learning environment to increase the learning potential of pupils and students.
• Incorporate the use of ICT to enhance the delivery of the curriculum.
• Plan all lessons, differentiating work and materials to meet the educational needs of the pupils’ and students’ different abilities.
• To comply with the teaching and learning approaches adopted in the subject/guidance area as directed by the appropriate leader.
