Monarch Education are currently working with a Nursery in the Fulwood/ Preston area, who are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant. Highly effective systems of observation and planning are implemented within the Nursery with outstanding results. Children thrive in this setting and develop a very strong sense of emotional well-being, as well as being confident, motivated and highly active learners.

The Role:

• Early Years/ Nursery TA
• Start Date: May/ June 2024
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm each day
• PR2 Fulwood Area

Individual profile:

• A commitment to positive, inclusive and creative ethos.
• A solid understanding of the principles of child development.
• The ability to support, include and nurture pupils who have additional needs.
• A dynamic and energetic personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• An understanding and experience of the EYFS curriculum.
