Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a special needs school in Stratford Upon Avon, focusing on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This is a temp to perm position, and we encourage applications from individuals with experience in care, residential settings, or those with a background in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students facing SEMH challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning, manage emotions, and develop essential social skills.
