We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in schools across the Leicester area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will need to be confident in managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes of students in the absence of their teacher
• Delivering pre-planned work and activities
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with students and staff

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working with children and young people
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
