Position Overview: As an Early Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding students during their formative years of education. You will work closely with experienced educators to develop your teaching skills, classroom management techniques, and curriculum delivery strategies. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow professionally within a collaborative and dynamic teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and develop teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students’ personal and academic development through effective mentoring and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and staff development sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to working within a team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
