Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Monarch Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a local primary school in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire young learners and contribute to their early development.

The Role:

• Full-time teaching position in Early Years (EYFS)
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that foster learning and development
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with teaching assistants and school leadership to support student progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience in teaching Early Years (EYFS) is preferred
• A passion for supporting and inspiring young children in their educational journey
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
