Monarch Education is working in partnership with a lovely Infant school in Swindon who are looking for an Early Years teacher to take full classroom responsibility from September 2025 until July 2026. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to work in a medium sized infant school in the Swindon area.

The school is part of a large Multi academy trust locally in Swindon, it is a ‘good’ school according to the schools last Ofsted inspection in June 2023, and it has a friendly culture and excellent leadership.

The teacher will be required to do the whole classroom teacher role, including parents’ evenings, staff meetings and will be needed to plan lessons. The teacher will also be required to supervise a HLTA and there is a full time Teaching assistant in the classroom. There is also an early finish on Friday.

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have recent teaching experience
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching
  • Undertake safeguarding checks
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
