About the Role:
Monarch Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a nurturing and inclusive early years setting in Bicester. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within an early years setting (school or nursery)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
