Geography Teacher

Monarch Education are supporting a school in South Birmingham (B28) to recruit a Geography Teacher to start immediately, this role would be part time (3 days) and would involve full teaching responsibilities.

The school are looking for a suitable teacher who can demonstrate a clear sense of purpose and high expectations in this highly successful and popular department across high performing schools in Birmingham.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Teach KS3 and GCSE Geography
• Promote the highest possible standards of achievements and attainment
• Contribute to the development of the whole school ethos and planning effective lessons
• To set standards and provide a role model for staff and pupils in the teaching and learning of the subject.

Experience:

• Hold a degree in the subject
• Have QTS
