Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in South Bristol. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in November 2025, ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils in their learning and development.

About the Role:

You will be working across Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in both group and one-to-one settings. The role involves assisting with classroom activities, helping pupils stay engaged, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils across Key Stage 2 in their academic and social development
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
• Provide targeted support to pupils who may need additional help
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally within Key Stage 2
• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning preferred)
• A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
