Salary: £130 – £224.02 per day (dependent on responsibilities)

About the Role:
Monarch Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Cheltenham. This is a full-time position starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing young learners and creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community and take on additional responsibilities as required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within KS1 is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
