Pay Rate: £150 – £224.02 per day (dependent on responsibilities)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Oxford. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced educator or an ECT looking to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.

About the Role:

• Teaching a KS2 class with the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Delivering the curriculum effectively and monitoring pupil progress.
• Working collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Position to commence immediately and continue until the end of the academic year.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS2 students in a classroom setting.
• A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
