Monarch Education are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Halesowen full time. In this role you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to children, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

Job responsibilities:

• Supporting children with additional learning needs, ensuring they feel included and engaged.
• Working one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted support.
• Encouraging positive relationships and confidence-building in the classroom.
• Assisting with lesson delivery and adapting materials to meet individual needs.
• Supporting emotional well-being and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and specialists to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

The ideal candidate would hold:

• Relevant qualifications to do with working with children or have equivalent experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
