Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Support students with their emotional, social, and academic development
• Adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people in an educational or care setting (preferred but not essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting students with diverse needs
