Position: Music Teacher
Location: West Oxfordshire
Salary: £140 – £160 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

About the Role:
As a Music Teacher, you will inspire and engage students with a passion for music. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, preparing students for performances, and fostering a love of music. You will be working with students across various age groups and abilities, helping them to develop their musical skills and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Encourage students to participate in musical activities, performances, and events.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and musical expression.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall educational development of students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• A strong background in Music Education, with excellent subject knowledge.
• Passionate about teaching and inspiring young people.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
