Salary: £53 – £220 p/day (pay varies depending on qualifications)

Monarch Education are looking for Music Teacher to work 4 days a week in a Secondary school based in B27. The candidate must be comfortable working with pupils aged 11-16.
The ideal candidate will:
Have Teaching experience and be a qualified teacher, or relevant references showing their experience as an unqualified teacher
Have a passion for Music
Be reliable and resilient
Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
Have a desire to work with, inspire and support young adults
Have excellent behaviour management skills
Be able to plan lessons thoroughly or follow other plans created by Teachers
Lead a class of 20-30 pupils
Planning lessons and activities for whole class learning and group learning
Managing difficult behaviours
Taking the register
Supporting and managing teaching assistants within the classroom
Building relationships with staff and pupils
Collecting evidence of pupils work to support their assessments
Feedback to the relevant member of staff about the pupil’s progress
