Nursery Assistant – Witney

Pay Rate: £15.04 – £17.93 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time & part-time available (flexible based on your availability)

Are you passionate about working with young children and creating a positive, nurturing environment for them to thrive? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming nursery setting in Witney.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
• Creating a safe and engaging environment for young learners
• Assisting with daily routines, including meal times and personal care
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (nursery, early years, childcare, or similar)
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years preferred, but not essential)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
