ARE YOU A LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED NURSERY PRACTITIONER?
We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join two welcoming and growing nursery schools, located in Erdington and Great Barr, starting from the new academic year.

About the role:
- Work in either Nursery schools in Great Barr + Erdington
- Monday to Friday, with flexible days available for the right candidate
- Competitive Hourly Rate
- Shift patterns between 7:30am – 6:15pm (early, mid, and late shifts available)
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a warm, bubbly, and dedicated individual who genuinely loves working with young children. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a real passion for supporting children’s development.
You will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Have recent experience within EYFS (within the last 2 years, with references)
- Be confident supporting all aspects of care, including nappy changing
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be able to deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Work effectively as part of a team alongside the class teacher
- Be committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
- Be dependable with strong attendance and a flexible approach to work
- Ideally be local to the area or able to travel easily
- SEND experience is desirable but not essential
