The current head of department is keen to find somebody aspiring to take on more responsibility and support with the leadership of the department.

Prior experience working in an Early Years Setting is advantageous but not essential
The option to teach drama also available within this role, prior experience advantageous
You can demonstrate high quality teaching and have the enthusiasm to push for excellent standards in your lessons
