Monarch education work alongside a busy primary school in the Wolverhampton area. They are looking to recruit a Primary School Teaching Assistant who is willing to provide a nurturing environment where every student can grow academically, socially and emotionally.

Job roles include but are not limited to:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support, including those who have special educational needs.
  • Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Foster building positive relationships with pupils to encourage their independence and confidence.
  • Assist with preparing teaching materials and resources.

The ideal candidate will hold:

  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • UK experience working with children
