Pay Rate: £140 – £160 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time and Part-time available (flexible based on your availability)

Monarch Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our team, working with fantastic schools in Oxford. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, we have opportunities to suit your skills and schedule.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with support staff, parents, and fellow educators
• Follow school policies and contribute to the wider school community

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to high-quality teaching
• Experience in primary education (desired but not essential)
