Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)

Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is proud to be working in close partnership with a highly respected Alternative Provision SEND school in Erdington. This nurturing and inclusive setting supports children and young people aged 7-17 who have experienced significant barriers to learning, including trauma, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and autism spectrum conditions (ASC).
The school provides a therapeutic and structured environment where pupils receive tailored support to help them regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education. With small class sizes and a strong pastoral focus, staff work collaboratively to meet the individual needs of every learner.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Mentor to join this dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in education, care, psychology, or youth work who is passionate about making a difference.
