What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students with SEMH and SEN needs.
  • Help deliver education both on-site and off-site, ensuring every child feels supported and engaged.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children who have SEN and/or SEMH needs.
  • A positive, resilient attitude and creative approach to learning.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting well-being.
