We are recruiting on behalf of a 2-form entry primary school in the Hyde area of Tameside (SK14) for an SEN TA to join their team. The successful applicant will be expected to provide tailored support for pupils within Key Stage One, on both small group and 1:1 basis. They will work closely with the class teacher to prepare learning materials and deliver differentiated work.

We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting primary aged children with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing personal care and working from EHCP’s. Someone who has a kind and caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting young learners with additional needs. A Level 3 TA qualification is preferred but not essential, other relevant qualifications will be accepted, along with relevant experience.

This ‘GOOD’ primary school has happy children who love learning and love coming to school. There is an experienced team of current staff, on hand to offer advice and support and a welcoming SLT.
