Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wantage
Salary: £85 – £100 per day
Start Date: Immediate

Monarch Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant special school in Wantage. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a caring and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or group basis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
  • Help students engage with the curriculum and manage their behaviour in line with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
  • A passion for supporting children with a range of needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
