Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs? Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a permanent SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Mansfield. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need consistent, compassionate, and skilled support.

The role will involve both 1:1 and small group work, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge. The school has multiple sites, and for this reason, all applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

This position is available from September 2025, and can be offered on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days) or full-time (Monday to Friday), depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, providing targeted and engaging interventions
* Help manage behaviour positively and effectively, promoting a calm and safe learning environment
* Work closely with Learning Managers to track progress and provide regular feedback
* Support classroom activities and contribute to the planning and delivery of tailored learning programmes

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or in a similar child-focused role
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD
* A patient, kind and proactive approach with a genuine commitment to supporting young learners
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to multi-site travel)
* A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new enhanced DBS check
