Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Primary Schools)
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £85 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our team and support local primary schools in the Tewkesbury area. If you’re passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Working with small groups or one-on-one with students who require additional assistance.
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Contributing to students’ academic and social development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).
• A caring and patient approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
• Relevant qualifications or a desire to undertake training.
