Job Title: Primary Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Pay Rate: £90 – £105 per day
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible based on your availability)

Monarch Education, in partnership with local primary schools in Swindon, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly with children aged 3 to 11, supporting their learning and development in a dynamic school environment.

About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in assisting classroom teachers, supporting individual students, and creating a positive, engaging learning experience for young learners. Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for working with children
• A friendly and patient approach to supporting young learners
• Flexibility to adapt to different classroom settings
