Pay Rate: £88.92 – £105.89 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time & Part-time options available

Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools in Didcot. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to gain classroom experience, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom management and student engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and making a difference
