Primary TA/ Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90-£95 per day

Location: Chesterfield

Hours: Monday to Friday (Full or Part-Time options available)

Start Date: Available from September

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Chesterfield area to support the primary education of children with part time and full time options available. Our client requires somebody that can immerse themselves in the school community and ethos, whilst ensuring a delivery of passion and excellence in the teaching and learning within
the school.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the teaching staff to implement the KS1 and KS2 curriculum by
• Providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the classroom
• Working with a child’s strengths and weaknesses to support their development and progress
• Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
• Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children
