Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join welcoming secondary schools in Nottingham. In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers to support learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping to deliver engaging lessons and offering tailored support to students of varying abilities.

We’re looking for someone with strong classroom support skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive, inclusive relationships with students. Experience working in a secondary school setting or supporting young people in an educational environment is highly desirable. Flexibility, confidence and a genuine commitment to supporting students’ progress are essential.
