Year 3 Class Teacher

Monarch Education are looking for a Year 3 Teacher to work at a Primary School based within Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent from November 2024. This school is a welcoming school that focuses on core values in the heart of everything that they do, they are now looking for someone who has strong character traits that can help with the development and learning of the children in the school.

The school work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure the success of all children, they are now looking for a teacher who can maintain these relationships, so children have a high standard of education in the classroom. Ideally the school are seeking an strong and experienced individual but would also conisder experienced ECT’s

Salary- £150-£225

Responsibilities in the job include but won’t be limited to:

  • Planning and delivering lessons within the curriculum to a high standard
  • Providing a homely class environment, to ensure pupils are comfortable and enjoy their learning
  • Assessing and recording the progress of each pupil and reporting relevant information on the progress and attainment of pupils to parents
  • Modelling positive behaviour management and restorative approaches
  • Providing pupil feedback and setting clear targets that move learning forward
  • Understanding of TT Rockstars

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of working within Key Stage 1 and 2 classes
