Monarch Education are happy to confirm we are currently working in partnership with the Gloucestershire Learning Alliance to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on an ongoing basis to start in January. We are looking for qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work within their schools across Gloucester, Cheltenham and Evesham where you will be required to deliver outstanding learning and childcare to complement the provision already within the schools. This will be on both short term temporary and long term fixed term contract type basis.
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner(s) will be required to
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met.
Safeguarding children is your priority.
Speak Up against practices that don’t support safeguarding or Our Core Values.
Get to know the families at the setting and attend parents’ evenings.
- Update parents on their child’s day and development.
- Support parents with any SEN/ASL needs
- Adhere to our childcare policies.
- Be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted, CI and CIW.
- NNEB or BTEC Nat Dip or CACHE Dip in Childcare or NVQ Level 3 or SVQ
- Previous experience working and caring for children under 5
- Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities
Located in Gloucestershire the Gloucester Learning Alliance have schools in GL2, GL51, GL53, GL52, GL20 and WR11. The schools range from 1 form entry to 3 form entry with a range of SEN needs catered for across the whole Academy Trust.
