Do you have what it takes to make a difference during these unprecedented times?
Monarch Education are working in partnership with a large, 4 form entry Primary School in the heart of Knowle who will be seeking Intervention Specialists to support pupils specifically in EYFS right the way through to Key Stage 2.
The reason the position has come available is due to the recent school closures and the Head Teacher is already looking to the future of when the school gates will re-open. As the date is yet unknown, we’re unable to provide a start date however we are able to begin the recruitment and interview process.
Due to the size of the schools, the Head Teacher will be seeking a minimum of two intervention teachers per Key Stage and three teachers in EYFS. This particular role, will be incredible rewarding and you must have the determination and commitment to want to make a real impact of the learners, once the school re-opens.
As the Intervention Teacher, depending on your experience and specialism, you will be asked to concentrate on either Phonics in EYFS/ KS1 as well as other core subjects. In KS2, the role will be supporting predominantly raising attainment levels of those pupils in Year 5 and potentially Year 6 dependent on the schools re-opening before July 2020.
The school is a hub of positivity and has a true comradery amongst staff members who all work cohesively together to ensure their pupils are given the best opportunity to reach their truest potential. It’s my job as a recruiter, to continue to support them in finding the best applicant for the roles so if you have the dedication and experience to provide ongoing support through intervention methods then please click apply and I will be in touch with 48 hours.
If you are interested in this fantastic role and feel it may be the right position for you, please call Sarah on 07936 345446 or email email@example.com
Monarch Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share that commitment. Before being offered the role, you will need to provide two relevant and satisfactory references and a valid DBS check.
