Starting ASAP, the school are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant. Although no experience is necessary, they are keen to recruit a graduate who is passionate about education and SEN. The role would consist of working with students who have special and additional educational needs, so would be ideal for a graduate looking to gain experience prior to teacher training or working in the Psychology field. To be successful, you will need to be empathetic, confident in your ability to work alone with small groups of children or those who require 1-2-1 support, you should be academically talented and be able to inspire children.
