SEND Support Worker

Monarch Education are working with an excellent school in Cradley Heath, West Midlands who are looking for an experienced SEND Support Worker to join their School, on a long term basis, working 1:1 with 2 children with Autism. You will be joining a forward thinking Primary School that has a strong focus on the local community and both its children and staff do their bit to give back. The school are able offer support and encouragement to all Teaching Assistants and Support Staff as well as their Teachers.

Staff are encouraged to work together and give support and training when required.

The SEND Support Worker will have:

  • SEND 1:1 Support Worker/Teaching Assistance experience
  • Experience working with children in an Primary setting
  • Good knowledge of the UK curriculum
  • The ability to understand and work alongside EHCPs
