Nursery Nurse – Kenilworth, Coventry

Monarch Education are an Education Recruitment Agency who specialise in placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Nursery Practitioners etc. in their ideal roles. Monarch Education are currently working with a Nursery who are looking to find a Nursery Nurse. This role would be on a full time basis – to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.

This warm and welcoming nursery requires a nursery nurse to work alongside members of the nursery team ensuring that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident in / hold the following:

• Must hold minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare
• In line with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. Plan and provide safe, appropriate, child-led and adult initiated experiences, activities and play opportunities indoor, outdoor and in out-of-setting contexts, which enable children to develop and learn.
• Supporting children at sleep times, mealtimes and with personal care
• The successful candidate should be an excellent role model and communicator
• Creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere throughout the classroom
• To assist in maintaining a safe, clean and tidy Nursery.
• To ensure nursery policies for health, hygiene and safety are adhered to, with particular attention to hygiene practices and the prevention of accidents.

Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Education setting.
