Affinity Workforce are the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation and have a very close relationship with Tewkesbury Academy in Tewkesbury. We are seeking supply teachers to work at this Academy from September 2024. Due to our close partnership with Tewkesbury Academy we can offer consistent supply work within the school.
This role at Tewkesbury Academy is very flexible and we can offer between one to five days of supply teaching per week. Rates of pay are above market average from £140 to £153 per day depending on experience. Alongside flexible day-to-day supply, this school also offers block bookings of supply cover for those that want to work regular and consistent days. We can offer guaranteed work for those wanting guaranteed income.
Tewkesbury Academy welcome teachers and cover supervisors of all specialisms. We will have several long-term and permanent positions at Tewkesbury School over the next academic year 24/25. We can support ECTs in signing off their NQT years within teaching positions as well as offering Teaching Assistant roles.
The ideal candidate will hold QTS, be confident in managing behaviour and be happy to work within Tewkesbury School.
