Job Description:

Monarch Education is seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team and work within local secondary schools in Faringdon. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time opportunities, we have roles that can fit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning, preparing, and assessing students’ work
• Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the school community
• Participating in professional development and ongoing training

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
