Role Description:

Monarch Education is seeking dynamic and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team for placements within local secondary schools in Faringdon. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic educators to make a positive impact on students’ learning experiences. Roles are available on both part-time and full-time bases starting from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects as required.
  • Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.
  • Following school policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with school staff to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
