Area- South Birmingham

Salary-£16-£18 Hourly

Hours of work- Full time between the hours of 8:30am-3:30pm

A lovely school in South Birmingham are seeking a confident and knowledgeable HR Administrator to support their office. The school is looking for a candidate who is experienced within the HR field and can help with all aspects of recruitment, staff management and can help manage office operations. This role is initially full-time, on an ongoing basis, however there is a possibility of permanent job for the right candidate.

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Handling requests such as attendance from SLT and Parents
  • Tracking and managing timekeeping

The Ideal Candidate/Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Recruitment and Selection Process
  • Attendance management-Experience in tracking employee attendance, handling leave requests, and ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with experience in managing office operations, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Experience in a HR related role
