Higher Level Teaching Assistant-

Are you an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking a new role in the education sector? Look no further we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We are working closely with an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ primary school in the Halesowen area who are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The school are looking for someone to work closely with the class teacher to help raise attainment of pupils and provide the best possible support in a learning environment.

Salary-£100-£120 Daily

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of a range of stimulating and educational activities to ensure all children reach their full academic potential.
  • Working closely with parents and carers to help with pupil progress
  • Supervise classes to help support the class teacher
  • Having a positive approach to behaviour management to maintain a safe environment
  • Work with other staff members to communicate knowledge and understanding of pupils and where they can offer support
  • Organise resources to help maintain a stimulating learning environment
  • Prepare the classroom for lessons
  • Promote safeguarding of all pupils
