Pay: £83 – £100 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school community based in Kettering (NN14).

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering children with diverse educational needs including ADHD and SEMH. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing 1:1 support, implementing individualised education plans and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements of applicant:

• Experienced supporting children or adults with additional SEND/SEMH needs.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Have experience working with young people
• Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children
• Good behaviour management skills
