Here at Monarch Education, we love nothing more than to celebrate the achievements of our dedicated workforce. That’s why we’re running a Candidate of the Term incentive – a way to highlight and celebrate the educators who make a lasting impact in their schools.

 

Whether they’re inspiring students, supporting colleagues, or bringing our core values to life, these exceptional individuals embody the spirit and mission of Monarch Education.

 

We allow our clients to nominate a Monarch Education candidate who they feel deserves recognition for the service they provide their school.  This can include teachers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants, and non-classroom support staff who have made a meaningful difference through their dedication and commitment.

Terms and Conditions

 

The initiative is open to teachers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants, and non-classroom support staff supplied by Monarch Education. 

 

  • Nominations are accepted from staff at schools who work with Monarch Education at the time of nomination. 
  • Nominees are accepted if they are a teacher and/or support staff supplied by Monarch Education at the time of nomination. 
  • Any nominations received after the deadline will not be considered. 
  • Only nominations received via the dedicated form will be considered. 
  • The winner Candidate of the Term and Candidate of the Year is judged by Monarch Education’s Managing Director and is based on the quality of how nominations demonstrate how the nominee goes above and beyond in their work.
