Role Overview:

• Position: Teaching Assistant (Supply)
• Location: Primary Schools in Cheltenham
• Age Range: 3 to 11 years old
• Daily Rate: £83.33 to £96.72 per day
• Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time options available based on your availability

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Assist with individual and small group work, adapting to the learning needs of each child
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with school staff to provide holistic support to students

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working with different age groups and school settings
